Pre 1950s and the home is a 1940s build it is the ‘appropriate size’ — unless the Seller deliberately tried to deceive you or covers up a violation or did anything else that the township would fine them for regarding Septics I’m sorry but I agree with other posters on here ... you just need to pump your septic more often ... you can disclose that it’s ‘undersized’ to the next Buyer - it’s subjective but if it makes you feel better that you should do that.
