And I dont say that lightly I lived there for 1 year and was managing these homes daily personally I saw it  this is not 3rd hand..

Not sure about today but if people are starving which of course with all the food handouts its quite rare from what I see.

Has a better ring to it.You realize this is the cost for your ticket for the event, your room, all your food and drinks and activities on the resort right?

Here's some food for thought:- Many of my first time investors know from the jump that they aren't going to be driving 5 hours round trip for every little item, and also know that they arent prepared to handle things like disputes, evictions, lease violations, etc.

To qualify, property owners must meet specific criteria:Guest stay duration: Rentals must average no more than seven days per guest.Service level: Owners must provide services comparable to a hotel, such as daily cleaning, meals, or transportation.

Suggest just turning in a bill to prove service was on.Proving the service AND the heat was on could be problematic.Yes, you can probably get daily usage history from utility, but don't volunteer it until you're sure it will show good news.

And while travel is going to be expensive for any property, if you only have one in a market, the concept is the same with less rent: that $2,000 flight/hotel/rental car food for a one night visit, ties up a lot more of your gross when that gross is much lower.
