Foundations are not something we ever want to try and cut corners or "go cheap" on as it will bite you seriously hard in the future......There are times when I have wanted to save money and wished I would have just paid what it would take to execute the job right up front,,,, causes much less heart and headache in the future....

- Don't know rates in CA but $225 for a 18 cu ft top mount fridge, no cold water or ice maker, less ~5 years old with a 60 day warranty in Cleveland is not badAre you going to be keeping the fridge and they are contributing to upgrade what they get or are they keeping the fridge if they move out and you are contributing from the goodness of your heart?

If your heart wants him as a friend, you will find a way to regulate and control your own thoughts towards him, and if you two are not meant to be as close as before, you will adjust your distance towards that" old self" while you are moving on to bigger/brighter things in life.
