Of course, when the cap rate eventually increase, that would be a different story.For those of you who invested in previous funds, do you know what was the going in cap rate for the MHP in your fund?

For example, the seller could receive a percentage (say 10-15%) of the $150K equity increase upon refi. 

Airbnb claims that setting up a "photo tour" on your listing will increase bookings by 6 percent, for example.  

By doing this, not only are you increasing the value hopefully building you some equity (giving you some boost in your net worth) but also increase rental potential too. 

That could be a viable option as housing and property prices increase.
