So there are no phone calls made to them, and no confrontations.If rent is not received in my office on or before the 5th of the month, I don't call them and get into a confrontation

Also from what I've experienced and heard most homeowners will simply deny being in foreclosure. ..I have a friend that confronted their neighbor and they acted clueless.

I confronted her that I don't feel comfortable with people entering my home when I'm not there because of my valuable possessions and my dogs, and that I'd like the 24 hr notice so that I can make arrangements and also make sure the house is as presentable as possible, considering packing and moving will be taking place.
