Is your priority to have a ton of features or would you rather have super simple to setup and use so that you can focus on doing deals rather than configuring software?  

Havent tried any of those Skype configurations but for texting I ask my VAs to include me on all text responses (as a group text) so i can follow alongI don’t use VA companies, I just hire individual VAs - you can post on Upwork & you’ll get a ton of responses.

It depends on the configuration but I had all the plumbing redone in the basement along with a water filtration system (brown stinky water too!).

We see a number of different configurations...buyer pays all, seller pays all or a % split of the fee's. 

The A/C isnt cold enough, etc.Depending on size and configuration OP can do somewhere between a little and a ton better than the stated price.

I had heard about it but being non computer oriented I did not know if I would be able to configure and use the site.. as I get super frustrated super quick if it complicated at all..
