I would seek out a good local PM preferably with 30-120 units.I am not familiar with that market so if that is not possible there is self managing, or finding a limited service provider (we just went statewide in FL) where we provide guest communication, automations, pricing, and marketing for a discounted fee.

Finds (1) half of what plaintiffs told him is incorrect or untrue; the potential defendant has filed all the correct paperwork for Reg D and hence has “statutory” protection against almost all but fraud; unlike what the plaintiffs believe and told the attorney the risks WERE disclosed to them, NO specific return was promised them; and the defendants have not stopped communications; they merely grew tired of the 82 daily phone calls asking, accusing, and raging by the same three plaintiffs.

Good LuckTypically multifamily is 5 units or more and Single Families are 1-4 units, so I was confused, so thanks for the clarification  Actually, that part is only half true because there are additional criteria that need to be considered to be multifamily vs SFR, such as separate utilities, heating systems, how they are attached to one another (Vertically vs horizontally), etcan easy way to differentiate and communicate is to call it multifamily if it has more than 5 units. and Single family for 1-4 units or call it how it is duplexI own several duplexes that are considered single-family homes by the city.In the end, it is your decision on how to use it

@Caleb L.I would say it is fine, so long as your job is not just to find a property for an investor by middle man communications between a broker and the investor for a small payment (pretty much what a broker does).
