When we bought the property we made it a point to go introduce ourselves, explain what we are doing with the property, and exchanged info telling them to call us ASAP if there is ever an issue. 2 things that happened the first month of renting were people throwing Beach towels over the fence to dry and ppl throwing cigarettes into his yard.
