As for lenders 21st Century is premier lender in country on mobile homes and most banks do not lend on mobile homes older than 15 years.

We are in the 21st century and a lot of digital marketing can be applied to easily make great use of your time.

Neighborhood scout has almost every coastal Southern Cal city as a 10 out of 10 for appreciation this century (I believe there is one 9 out of 10).  

The reason for this is that we live in a very unique neighborhood with restored mid century modern flat roof homes.

House hacking is just a 21st century term for what old timers have done forever.  

@Chezare Bonilla, What's been tried and true for centuries is that you start with what you can afford. 

Since the turn of the century, we have been privately sourcing homes, condos, multifamily and land in the Phoenix area, primarily for investors and investment groups.  

Applying those lessons to the next one and hoping to be in the century club with you!

Investors like to buy cheap rentals in the Midwest because the numbers look good on paper but all too often they're buying century homes that require a lot of maintenance so keep that in mind as well.Dan
