In the Scandinavian countries if you are diagnosed with cancer, it’ll take you months to just see a doctor.

Ultimately complaining is the cancer of the soul.

Hello RE Family,I have been studying and researching real estate since 2013 and still have not made one deal yet due to mishaps of father developing Cancer and recently passing; among other things.

We were aggressive because we wanted to "remove the cancer" so to speak. 

Your typical pediatrician probably hasn't studied lung cancer since college, the RIGHT thing to do is refer lung cancer scenarios out, rather than fake expertise where there isn't any...

Also, i did find out that the mom discovered that she probably has cancer, not that that's an excuse or any thing.  

Bad tenants are like cancer and quickly drive away really good ones that don't want to, and don't need to, put up with it.

@Frantzces Lys I was a soldier (didn't go to the war) but for some reason the idea of going to the war was easier than the idea of talking to sellers.I don't know why but it is pretty messed up.My biggest fear recently was the fear of cancer.  

Making enough money to live our lives in comfort is another goal but we would prefer to enjoy what we are doing so that's why we will limit the ones we enjoy.I have a terminal cancer so my wife and I want to spend as much time together as we can.
