We are starting to explore options for buying his shares to eliminate him as a risk and a roadblock but still have funds leftover for growth.

To be more specific about what i'm looking to do: My 1-2 year goal is to employ the BRRRR strategy with SFHs and Condos by buying distressed / highly undervalued properties that need work (preferably all-cash) in low crime areas with strong rental demand, renovate them within budget (again preferably all-cash) and get them rent ready before refinancing them at the highest ARV possible.

I would not buy something right now just to buy something.

If that’s the case you can buy in the LLC, in your name, or in a new disregarded LLC.

I had one reach out just today asking if I had anyone who might want to buy. 

My clients buy from wholesalers all the time.

Just want to make sure the folks running this are not buying helicopters and jet planes with our investment.Comments welcome.   

as a flipper, with the participation of a wholesaler and a hard money lender, what actions should I take BEFORE I close and buy a house (tell me step by step please because i dont really understand the sequence of events) and also please tell me when to do due diligence to make sure how much does it cost to renovate the house and is it worth buying this house?

when i buy dirt and do the horizontal these deals can take 2 to 3 years 2 years to get through approvals and horizontal  12 to 18 months to build and sell.. thats a 20 to 25 lot project.
