I’ve done my research with (reading books, podcasts, etc) but still feel like I’m not doing enough.

Read a few books on real estate investing to learn the power of leverage.

But your by-the-book approach and over-thinking are just not conducive to basic RE investing.

@Joseph BinkowskiDon’t forget that you can now be qualified as an accredited investor by passing the series 65 exam without any income or net worth requirements.It will cost you around $200 to $300 and will be valid for 2 years (unless you can park your license with a financial advisor firm, then it will last as long as you maintain it).It is not a difficult exam and you should be able to pass it with around 40 hours of self study with a good prep book or website.

Ive been learning from BP books & podcasts since 2018 before finally jumping into the game in 2020.

Do you guys have any books or learning ideas on how to learn about DSCR? 

I have read so many books, read so many posts on here, and have listened to so many podcasts.

Attend events regularly, stay engaged in conversations, and keep learning through books and podcasts.

I am currently trying to learn as much as possible by reading books and listening to podcasts.

I use True Books for my real estate tax planning and execution.
