My company went bankrupt and I decided to sell my house 6 months later even though FHA required me to live in the house for 1 year I had an unusual circumstance and was able to sell early.

I'm not stretching myself and can afford a loan, but my concern is that a correction would cause me to go bankrupt.

So if you have insurance with a non-admitted carrier and that carrier goes bankrupt, then you don't have anyone around to pay your claim.

I had this happen to me twice where I was reported bankrupt, even though I've never had a late payment in my life.

But you went bankrupt and about a year later you're financially free.

I just don't see there being enuff to pay for all the bankrupt and new programs.Rich
