The condo is located right near a hospital and McCormick place so we aren't do worried about it, but still a little annoying.From my understanding, the best place to do mid-term rental stuff is on www.furnishedfinder.com

They aren’t able to get a mortgage themselves so they would provide the money while the mortgage and deed would be in the others name.  

I can always hire property management for these, but there aren't any really good ones in the area that I'm investing in.

@Ken LatchersBooking.com is terrible in Tucson IF your properties aren't on "payments by booking" where they collect the money for you.It brings all local people for short stays.

If borrowing, use a non-recourse loan since personal guarantees aren't allowed.
