My wife and I were in analysis paralysis for sure, but then the academy dropped and we were sure we wanted to get into RE, but didn’t know how and this course was WAY cheaper than comps that ultimately just try and sell you a conference that just tries to sell you… on and on plus like you said, we got most of our money back and got to keep the material.

I should also note that the project would be ground up and the FHA loan would be a one-close construction to a permanent mortgage 

If you don’t mind a little more advice…when I’m running projections like this, I like to use the worst case scenario and if the numbers don’t work out in that scenario, I usually pass on the deal.

Are you leaning towards a buy and hold or a M/STR for your next project? 

I’ve been considering working for as a acquisition manager for a  wholesaling company, as I believe it would help me develop skills in property analysis and enhance my sales abilities.

We’d like to continue with this project remotely, but the idea of managing contractors and overseeing a renovation from afar feels a bit daunting.Have any of you undertaken a similar project?

I live in a small rural town in MissouriIts an airbnb but I've had people from a solar plantation project in there for the last 5 months renting out at 2250. 

Later I might read The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner, but I need to be wary of succumbing to analysis paralysis.Any advice/comments regarding my focus on condos would be greatly appreciated.Thanks much,Daniel
