I live in Elizabeth NJ and have been studying allot about real estate and wholesaling and I have some contracts I wanted to know if someone can go over for me to make sure I set up my contingencies clauses correct and what is in the contract is legal to do in the state of NJ before I start taking action and trying to get properties under contract.

Has anyone installed meters on their water lines for each floor of their unit and then billed back the tenants for their allotted use?
