I became an accidental landlord but there was a part of me that was more than happy to let that tenant keep paying off my condo for me.I am a natural saver and after clearing out all my money for the downpayment a year ago I found myself with a good chunk of cash again.

I guess what I'm saying is that you might need to move forward on some of these leads, and press for an appointment (and chance to build more rapport) after getting even the faintest whiff of motivation.

I live in the great real estate market of Connecticut and thus, became an accidental landlord when my primary residence (2Bd/1Ba) failed to sell.

I'm not sure how I should proceed because I want to press the issue feeling that I'd rather the seller disqualify me than be out of the game based on fear of rejection or an agent that may not understand what I'm trying to do.

So I suppose I must do as the politicians - press the flesh!

@Christopher Suh I tried to PM you, but accidentally sent you a college request without a message, so I wasn't able to write another.  

It should work with the caveat that you stay away from the standard tiles that are made of pressed cardboard or whatever it is.

You end up with a lot of "accidental knowledge" that can be helpful to you.  

.  $$$, but I just see this as bad press waiting to happen!
