@Jason DiClemente I feel less safe when I am in a "gun free" zone such as a school or movie theater.

If you see ATM, ATM, ATM, ATM, ATM, ATM, check, ATM, ATM....check to Pizza Hut, ATM, check to Sunset Theater, ATM, ATM, Joe's Bar, ATM....that is not responsible money management.

My wife works in theater as an independent contractor, it's the same deal.

on the Peninsula, a movie theater ticket should cost $50.Frankly it is very upsetting to see how crazy it is, but this is a great place to live so we aren't going to move to a place where $300-400k buys us a mansion.So I am trying to think of a way to get us in a great single family detached home in the $300-500k range, I was thinking: FORECLOSURE AUCTIONS!

We have a beautiful theater here with great variety.

They've built a "town square" with an outdoor skating rink in the winter and a local theater has opened up near by. 

I didn't realize $50 what such a big deal, considering $50 is what it takes to take a family out to the movie theater these days..but hey, it is what it is.

Might have it's on pool, indoor pool nicer, great rec room/theater room (not just a theater chair and a big tv).  1-bedroom - $175-$250 a night 2-bedroom $230-$400+ a night (an indoor pool can get you anywhere from $75-$200 more a night).
