It would be great to have a fully-featured CRM dashboard that also integrates with Google (or other) calendars, schedulers and gives reminders.

I use Empora Title it's all online and they keep track of the whole process for you in their dashboard.

Also if you get a lot of inquiries you can see the origin of the inquiry under the guest's name in the Inbox in the vrbo dashboard.

Maybe there is a setting in my account dashboard or on my iMac that I need to set/reset. idk, weird.
