steve, i think you are right..http://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/apa/3657809908.htmland i just talked to the realtor to get some more feedback. she said one person mentioned the shared driveway. most people call her to "see the house". she tells them "no, you show me you are interested by giving me an application, then i will show it to you".i agree with her. we have shown it maybe 20 times without any luck. and that does not count how many times she is has shown it.she said the main road deters parents with kids. the bungalow deters elderly people.oh, and she does tell them "available for rent to own",so that's good..

Some people a little further north may also have a PA and WV license instead of DC and VA...and some people east will have a DE license as well.I hold 4 licenses, DC, MD, VA and MA.
