Though it will seem odd that he didn’t want to accept my hopwa but he signed up two of the other houses for the county rent relief program. he’s going to lose because he sent me a defective Notice, tried to intimidate to leave with less than 24 hours, is leaving all the water pipes broken to try to make us leave, terminated our tenancy after I told him I spoke to a lawyer, and has made several comments to us and to neighbors that strongly suggest his problem the entire time has been that we are a married same sex couple. 

We'll also complete a pet addendum outlining the dogs breed, age, weight, description, name, sex, etc.

You don’t want to just add someone and come to find out they were a sex offender and your property is adjacent to the local elementary school.

Especially if it was about sex.

There's drug trafficking, sex crimes, robberies. 

I Always tell my applicant that I'm going to do a credit, rental history, criminal and sex offender registry background check. 

Its gonna happen, so might as well do it now rather than get some weird surprise later, like she's a registered sex offender or has a police sheet 10 pages long or huge debts in her name..... probably not going to happen, but IF it does and he already lives there, it will be much harder to deal with.....
