I really enjoy it and am teaching my daughters how to play.Another thing that's relaxing for me and keeps my mind sharp are Sudoku puzzles.

I love hearing about the unlimited puzzle pieces of strategies, tools, and challenges that make up each individual investor's path.

Because you've problem-solved your path, I think you will find the puzzle of problem-solving houses to be fulfilling, too.

I really like the folks listed above who not only have a financial services component but also an accounting background as that is probably the most critical piece along with deal specific financial analysis to your real estate puzzle.

Neighbor will give you clues to a missing owner's whereabouts, usually in the form of a piece of the puzzle but not the entire puzzle picture.Thus us all good because thus means very few or perhaps no competitors will be in contact with the owner, theirs heirs or claimants. 

At that point, it's your puzzle and I would argue a fun one to work on.  :-)      

Here's the next thing that makes this a puzzle.

The piece I can contribute to the vast REI puzzle is my ability to find, negotiate, structure, and be creative.

He has not threatened to do harm to me personally, but behaves aggressively and threatened to be my enemy.Again, this puzzles me.
