Having Trouble!!!

I've been driving for dollars and I have come across a total of 11 distressed homes, 3 have abandonment papers on the front door, and the rest are believed to be abandoned as well. I posted in the forum asking how to get a hold of the homeownersame to buy their properties. BP members told me to go to the county office and get their names their through their property tax files, which I did, but when I went, the clerk just gave me a packet with some websites to search them myself. Which I did as well. So I have the names of most of the homeowners, but I'm stuck on where to find either a phone number, or a current address to get in contact with them. Any help?
