Both the seller and the seller's agent signed the affidavit of title stating "we have always obtained all necessary permits and certificates of occupancy." 

I'm currently enrolled in the Indiana Broker Course through Real Estate Certification Program (RECP) and it has been an incredible class.

Appraiser just came and did not give a certificate of completion, because there was some sod and sidewalk remaining to be done.  

However, the auction closing company really took care of all of it - except for the Certificate of Occupancy that she got for me.Its time to sell the unit now.

Multi-Family with NO Certificate of OccupancyI have discovered I am in a deal to purchase a houseand units with seemingly NO Certificate of Occupancy from the City.It appears these are supposed to be applied for by the original contractor,however the city has NO record.These units have been renting since 1951,does anyone have experience in this area ?

Finally heard from the bank and his lender requested for a condo certification .

Can the certificate be resold (privately among investors ) ?
