@Dusty Corning I agree with you there are a lot of positives in WCNs my only concern and maybe you could help me here … how would WCNs react in a down market when jobs become stagnant?

I have done demo work on moldy crap houses. get a dumpster, gloves, and a respirator rated for that kind of work. you can buy a garden pump sprayer and mix a very light bleach/water mixture and spray areas you are working on, it will kill germs and most importantly keep the dust down so you don't breath it in. setup a negative air flow so nasty air gets sucked out and sanitize the place with bleach/antimicrobial treatment as you go and once you are done. you dont wana fail a mold test after the work is done!

If the names are always in LastName, FirstName format (Smith, Joe) you can use You can use Data | Text to Columns and use the Comma to separate the data into different columns.However many times I have seen a mixture of how the name is entered...Joe SmithSmith JoeSmith, JoeJoeSmithSure you could split by a space, but what a happens when a last name has a space like Van Wilder?
