I've been interested in the Delso, Helderberg, New Scotland, Pine Hills areas and generally around Albany Med is a spot I like too.

Colleges, Umass Med, Mass College of Pharmacy, Access to the train to Boston, people who work in worcester, and people who work in Marlboro/hudson who can get there in 15 min from worcester for 2/3 the cost.  1200 sf apartment in worcester is between $1050-1500/month, the same can be $2000 in Marlboro, hudson, framingham. 

And for those who take the work on as someone you can outsource to, dont begrudge them...they provide skills and services for pay.Doctors fix people, mechanics fix cars, plumbers keep things moving When I am sick, and have a need for healthcare, I go to the doctor, not med school.

I live in Houston TX, and I've transferred my pre-med study habits to real estate, so I need some direction on the KEY things you would have me study, so that I'm "in the know"......
