Some people need to hit the casinos to feel alive, others are just fine being comfortable. 

I’m talking about areas near larger hospitals, downtown areas (Old Town Scottsdale is obviously #1), higher end golf courses, casinos, universities (mainly ASU in Tempe), and other niche locations that attract travelers.

There is so much development going on with the Hard Rock hotel and Casino, the Amazon facility, the Walmart distribution facility, Target distribution facility, and many other development projects as well. 

Bakersfield is getting that new casino in.. and Joshua Tree has always been a destination for anyone I know. 

I can tell you about the hot and up and coming areas like the entertainment district in Gastonia and the NFL/MLS training center being built in Rock Hillor the new Casino in Kings Mountain - all great places to invest right now.

If you know someone that needs off the Wall Street casino ride, and wants a return backed by a hard asset, this is a great time to do this. 

A new Churchill Downs Hotel, casino, and racetrack is to open in a few months.

Do you feel that the casino is affecting Everett's prices at all?

You clearly have more competition with all the hotels and casinos. 

I am not sure where they are on this now given the pandemic but there was talk of a casino coming too.
