I’ve been a member for a short time but have been a reader/podcast kind of guy and holy crapola am I addicted to this game called “real estate”.

You could get a judgment and file it, then if she wins the Lottery I think theoretically you get paid first.REALLY going to do this to a widow on SSI.. holy cow no wonder landlords have a terrible reputation.. 

Holy F'ing crap, this thing hasn't been cleaned in probably 300 loads - it's a wonder it didn't cause a fire.

As a female millennial, I promise you it is the Holy Grail of ideas to appeal to other millennials (and remember, women will be more concerned with aesthetics, generally speaking). 

Holy moly, there's a lot of properties listed. 

It is near Holy Cross and I never had problems finding tenants but had to evict a family.

Some of these are areas that are seeing institutional players move-in and while I don't like to elevate them as the wholly grail of all decision making, they also don't chase poor tenant profiles ;) 

Thats the holy grail dream.
