It was popular before the riots hit but now it's just kind of old fashioned looking but fits in in the neighborhoods because so many other places have it.

Portugal is a modern society.

Even if yuo do get a home in that fashion, just realize you are immediately over leveraged and underwater in most instances on that property. 

I'm an out-of-state investor so using property management in some fashion is a must.

you will have to pay those if you buy your house...I am old fashion.

In Spring Branch, new homes with modern amenities come with lower maintenance costs, but might have tough competition and higher initial expenses.

Also:- paint aluminum window frames, makes the windows look modern. - repair or replace old cabinets and repaint, add new hardware, they look like new- buy used appliances or always ask for a scratch and dent or open box appliances.

Either way - it takes a few minutes to drag and drop a whole folder onto a listing photo upload page and then order them in a meaningful fashion (front of house or major feature first, etc) - adding individual photo descriptions is a PITA though.You're exactly on point about the paperwork - sellers should be filling this out, not agents.

We've had a lot more success with good old fashioned cold calling, response rates are lower (5-10% nationally) but you don't have your accounts being shut down every day.
