Much simpler and they can be screened by professionals without you lifting a finger.

Emergency room personnel they can tell you that on a daily basis they deal with multiple dog bites and repair terrible   situations to kids faces and fingers..that are NEVER reported  this is DAILY mind you.. and the dog is a 25 pound or less dog that has you said you could "drop kick".

And that isnt even mentioning that someone went through my underwear drawer and left grout finger prints on my undies.  

Someone mentioned listing them both as responsible to pay.Doesn't that bite you in the rear when there is a problem down the road, they point fingers saying the other is responsible? 

But, currently, the NPN market is very bullish (given the hype about Notes and their performance in REI network) and he doesnt want me to get my fingers burnt with a bad deal especially when it will be my first deal.I do have a promissory note with his company but his company holds the lien on the underlying property collateral.

The Combined income was over $350k per year.I can't tell you how many Investors I have known for the last 20 years miss the boat because they couldn't find themselves "Betting" on the trends.I think if you can put your fingers on the pulse of the Market, you can easily beat the averages, by FAR.However, not everyone has that kind of risk tolerance.

Not that I recall, I say.The conversation moves on and suddenly she snaps her fingers and says "OMG, you were on the podcast"So, apparently I need some new stories.
