Anyway guys I'm currently enrolled in the Founders Institute  (fi.co) in Washington DC working on a  real estate investment startup.

@Colin & Mark Yuschak,No matter whether you think it will be audited the home office should be taken since it is allowed in the correct situation.Mark,Is your person an Enrolled Agent or Attorney?

I am currently enrolled in the BP rookie boot camp but have not gotten to the financing/lending portion yet.

I would be open to the idea of enrolling in certain courses be it getting a license (if nothing else for the knowledge) or maybe some sort of online classes in property management or real estate appraisal?

.- I'm an Enrolled Agent (federally licensed tax pro) and have my office in Thornton Park.

Even the program in which I enrolled was a healthy chunk.

So I can easily suggest a couple people you might get along with.You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

Good evening BP family,Currently in enrolled in community college for an Entrepreneurship at Delaware Technical Community College, just started about 2 months.

Enrollment is growing but I would be careful about investing in the Clifton area.

So I enrolled again to my ala mater and obtained an MBA in finance.
