There are advanced dialersOut there that do much of the work for you at a small cost Prospecting is key to real growth however how it is done is a great debate for our times we are all fatigued  and have become jaded by the amount of  bad solicitations we all get I expect this to get worse as we evolve and too many people misuse the phone.marketing to Solve the anonymity problem will be core to your growth.Attraction marketing even more so Having the discipline , patience's and courage to show who you really arecobsistently  along with the value you are  will help bring in business. 

While sitting at home unable to find a job and broke, hoping my benefits wouldn't run out before I found something, I became very jaded toward the world of jobs and work, where your livelihood is totally dependent on factors out of your control.

It makes you like your friend, tired, jaded, burned out, and grumpy.

Well it rarely turns out that way and then I feel jaded and think I'm never doing anything nice for anyone ever again! 

I don't buy in California, so, I might be a little jaded - so, take my advice with a grain of salt ;-)So, if you put down 20%, that's 55K or so.

Of course I don't have any hold properties in the City itself because the laws are so jaded against landlords here I don't bother.Congrats on the baby!

If they happen to take it (again, rare), you have close to guaranteed income for at least two years and no additional make ready costs, but if they don't (can't stress this enough, they won't), at the renewal date you don't have to feel bad because it's essentially an "I told you so" moment.I hope this helps, and from one empathetic landlord to another, I hope you don't become too jaded in this business.
