Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is recommended to invest in essential uses, delivery services, or drive-thru restaurants.

Other turnkey companies offer properties in Cape Coral including ones mentioned above, but a quick comparison across price point, delivery time, sq footage, etc. results in a pretty clear winner.

I'm a part-time food delivery driver, so it allows me to make money by doing deliveries while also researching neighborhoods. 

Background on myself:   I was hurt on the job as a delivery truck driver 5 years ago.

Some condominiums have crazy rules, only can work from 9-3, deliveries only before noon etc., no weekends or holidays etc.

So won't go in detail on this location.The three buildings should be erected in 6 weeks.Had to pay the "delivery payment" to the trucker before they unloaded.In the background:  Working on contracts, ordering unit numbers, order locks, set up security system, find insurance company for storage units, have one during construction already.Bought a separate building for office and house. 

There is an investment involved in a delivery truck and residential tanks, and he knows he's leaving a ton of money on the table. 

I am working on updating our partnership documents to allow for this to be our new delivery vehicle vs snail mail (highly inconvenient with partners in the military), but I am not familiar with vehicles to complete such items except using docusign for signatures.

Any news or updates on when the Amazon delivery station in Toledo will be up and running?
