It came up in a Zoom meeting I was on recently, Ive been in 3 similar meetings over the past week, I cant recall which one it was with, but it was either with NAR's Conventional Financing Policy Committee, a call with the Mortgage Bankers Association, or a call with Maryland Legislatures.Only about 6% of mortgages are even in forebearances, and roughly 4 out of 5 of those people are paying, and took forebearance as a precautionary measure. 

My eviction lawyer send email to me with proposed bill draft attached that may become new eviction law for all maine landlord's if people don't call and complain about it to committee proposing it. 

They have formed the Rental Housing Coalition that is doing great work lobbying on our behalf, regularly updating legislative activity, giving talking points and providing simple ways to contact your elected officials and committees. 

I have spoken with planning and zoning who said they feel confident it could be split but I would have to go in front of the Planning & Zoning Committee for approval, question here is if this will affect the mortgage as I assume I would have 2 different addresses after the parcel is split.

I’m currently reading the Environmental Control Committee Manual, other regulations, and by-laws and restrictions.

So I wholesale them to a committee I'm on that involves guns. 

The next Federal Reserve Open Market Committee meeting will take place this Wednesday (1/27).

I have a close relative who works in the legislature here in CA, and they have told me that the legislative committees do not consult accountants or a diverse set of economists to figure out downsides to their policies.

The occupancy review committee has determined you can't be here anymore. 

They may need a once-a-quarter committee to approve also.
