Edit: Unsure if this is best suited in Starting Out, or Investor Psychology...My wife and I are pretty new to this whole thing, and we have a lot to learn.

What is the psychology behind them?

While not the same brand, generally when people refer to vinyl flooring, they are imagining the squares, which are similar in color and shape as linoleum.

Hi,One of our tenants moved  what color should we paint the apartment?

I sort by color and remove all of the highlighted items. 2) There are a number of online vendors - vistaprint, uprinting, gotprint, etc.  

It is a higher end rental at $1,500.00 per month so I don't want to paint it all one color like I might with lower priced rentals.

I'll go with the green granite every time because it's my favorite color (and I have in several houses).  

Power wash it then decide if it's sound enough to just spray with a good coat of exterior paint, easy spray paint job top to bottom inside & out. .. touch up trim with a accent different color.. it's cute. 

It's in fair shape, and I'm concerned that if I spend the money to rehab it, I may not get my money back out of it.I've also considered painting over everything a white or neutral color and painting the tub.  

What color is it/would it be painted?
