I really cannot make a decision as what you get into because your enjoyment in doing that really matters as much as the market cycle that it is in.Your better off talking to local real estate Aagents, Building Officials, City Coucil people, and the Chamber of Commerce that all are experience will know what is going on.

Prospecting calls, Chamber of Commerce events, or just random acquaintances.

Call the chamber of commerce and tell them you're looking to move into the newest happening area of town.

If you want to keep it I think that and market to churches and local businesses through chamber of commerce as a getaway.

You can, as a part of your research, check your market with the Chamber of Commerce, newspapers, and buildings officials that have some experience and ask them for recommendations, and an experienced real estate Agents for their recommendations.I will not bore you Andre about myself but I have been in the construction business for about 40 years and I had a real estate broker license for about 30 years.  

My place is on 44th-one block west of Sherman off of Chambers.

The Chamber Mixer is on the 13th but believe I could make it to both without issue.

We belong to all the local Chambers and have an office in Brewster.
