My recommendation is get a self directed IRA and have the real estate be owned by your IRAYeah,  I have heard a lot about the self directed IRA.  

I believe they were recommended to by a neighbor of one of our partners.

This is what I recommend to new investors who contact me asking if these numbers look good. 

They should know more than the people at a big box store and be able to recommend a good one.
