Sometimes less trades, less PM, more trip charges, etc...might be one plumber, one electrician, one AC guy in town...so if you don't like them or their prices it is not as fun when you need things done....or if you do it yourself and there's no ACE hardward, then you're stuck driving 1hr or so to HD and Lowes in another city.
