I predicted that the higher end counties (Orange, San Diego, Ventura) would decline the greatest by percentage, but I was wrong. 

It's not my "thing" but I am acing every class and I'm sure I'll be paid well.

I noticed a large increase in my calls around that number.I have had success puting them around Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Gyms, amd high traffic intersections.

Another ace in the hole is that my company contributes to my 401K through profit sharing even if I don't contribute.

Sometimes less trades, less PM, more trip charges, etc...might be one plumber, one electrician, one AC guy in town...so if you don't like them or their prices it is not as fun when you need things done....or if you do it yourself and there's no ACE hardward, then you're stuck driving 1hr or so to HD and Lowes in another city.
