@David Krulac not to side track but I think that's what I do best on BP.... most of the railroad easements in our area were owned by logging companies.. and they are recorded rights of way.but your right railroads are about as tough as they come to negotiate with.we have a 160 lot subdivision going and there is a railroad between us and the main road.. you would think easy we just cross it etc..

I don't even have an ATM ( one of 4 people in America who does not).. there is no 800 number.. customer service is your private banker.. we send 2 to 10 wires a day and receive (hopefully 1 to 5 those are payoffs) and our banker will make memo's on our bank statements so our bank statements are customizedIE there will be a credit then there will be # 41 we know project 41 paid off.. very very transparent for my partners they can follow the company just logging into the bank account..

Google is more targeted in my opinion because if you are comparing apples to apples Google and Facebooks targeting methods It is clear Google is just better.Facebook targeting works by tracking what you like and post on its platform, what other sites you browse as long as you remain logged in on that device, and essentially will create a profile of you so that advertisers can target you based on your interests (scary I know).

Closing cost is higher for each buy.HELOC is tied to Prime, and the payments start much higher than mortgage, although in the log run, they go down.If I go with Option 1 - The LLC will end up owning two fully paid properties.

sold off 100 acres 10X 10 acre lots for 100 to 120k each.. so the remainder 600 acres we had a basis in that of about 800k.. we logged off over the 15 years of ownership about 500k in NET timber revenue..

They are to be opened and logged in at the reciepants home tomorrow after 5PM.After the bids are logged in, the other board members want one of the "loggers" also a board member, to take those bids (out of the recipeant's hands, because we do not trust that we willbe given all the information) copy all of the documents for all the board members the next morning and deliver them to each of us.
