Just my experience that people using STR are mostly there for convenience and 20 mins may be a little far.  

Perform your banking wherever is most convenient to you not based on where the bank's physical presence is located.

I know everyone likes the convenience of the web, and they are tired of hearing it, but this really is a business based on relationships, not online anonymity.
