You can be ready to go , funds in place , and show up the day of the auction that property you are going for has been cancelled, regardless what the website says.Besides that, I noticed that properties are put on auction a few times so there is a chance to keep tabs on them, and Texas has monthly auctions which is great for gaining experience.

I think this is most valuable because there is a lot of discussion surrounding owning investment property in an LLC or not, and this insurance topic rarely comes up in the discussion.

@Thomas Fredella I have never heard of them either but I would be hesitant to join anything when there is tons of free RE information available out there, including BP.The one great thing about paying a ton of money to a group or guru, however it is a way to keep you accountable.
