To make a long story short here are the details: I purchased an attached 2 story townhouse in Western Massachusetts where I was working and living in 2006.

Also, there is a Western MA REIA group which meets monthly. 

I want to invest in buy-and-hold rentals and keep them to such a high standard that the name WxY Investments will be known as having the most clean, friendly staffed, and yet still affordable housing in the Western NY area.

We've been looking in Western NC but are finding the market is slower there.

I'm only a few months into the property and still finishing up the initial rehab but it appears that some mid-western storms did damage that will run about $60K.

This lien originated in 2012 to the tune of $2131 until 2033.The seller was oblivious to this lien and stated the windows were done for free through an energy upgrade program sponsored by the WRCOG (Western Riverside Council of Governments).

I lived in central and western NY all of my life before moving to Boston in 2012.

The housing in this area is selling quickly as we are close to Minot and the Western part of the State.
