I want to invest in buy-and-hold rentals and keep them to such a high standard that the name WxY Investments will be known as having the most clean, friendly staffed, and yet still affordable housing in the Western NY area. Long term, I want to create rental housing company that runs rentals so amazing that people would rather live there than own a home and deal with the work themselves, and it be cheap enough to help people afford comfortable living world wide.
