Finally, building key, strategic partnerships can be an uphill battle at first, so confirm that you can leverage their relationships and track record, so that you can actually be in position to do deals.

Finding the deal is half the battle.  

It shouldn't be a battle but it often is because the only person who cares about the loan closing is the borrower - who are generally uneducated and unequipped to navigate the poorly documented NACA buying process.I have CLEARLY given this a lot of thought and analysis.

I prefer civil and must say my first day on Better Pockets felt like a battle zone.

She was battling this on her own before last night, so could only imagine from her perspective how lonely it must have felt.
