Some banks will allow offers on occupied properties prior to them going into the MLS.Banks want to get the highest price that they can for their REOs, and investors obviously want the lowest possible purchase price, but if you can eliminate some of the competition, at least that gives you a leg-up in the battle...KP

I can't imagine the ongoing battle on what concepts would be taught, and the uproar that would ensue when a school tried to teach a child a different concept than the parents believed and lived by.
