Also, those oscillating tools you can cut under door trim with are pretty awesome.

No trim and a Plywood floor would look just fine.

Our particular Kennesaw rental cost us about $15k to only replace carpet, clean, and do fresh paint throughout (trim, ceilings, walls, doors, and cabinets).

Now,  what to do,  Get a handyman to look at these doors, give you an estimate for the repair/ replacement of the doors and trim, and enforce the payment.

What about the gutters, the soffits, the fascia, and the rest of the trim?

In 2017 I unloaded some of my property (as some have stated they did), and my liability side went WAY down, my cash levels increased, however, my property count decreased :( There is such a thing as "seller remorse," although, I feel that each of us has their own comfort zone that works for them when deciding to trim or add to our portfolios.
