However, if you're strictly looking for water efficiency, their is a prioritized order to tackle things - I'm probably stating the obvious.Toilets use the most water - there are numerous technologies to help out with toilets.I wouldn't want to see you address dishwashers until you added one of the many inexpensive water saving devices to your toilets.

I do not know why you are so focused on that approach.The developers set buying your land out in the future because they need to make sure of demand for the project they want to build and lenders sometimes demand so much pre-leasing before they will fund land take down and construction.For interior build out there is incredible tenant improvements and technology needed to attract doctors.
