If you are referring to real property, that is the condo itself, the best that you may be able to do is board up the windows to prevent broken glass and possible looting in the event of an evacuation.  

In all seriousness though, I'm an honest, trustworthy, stand up guy that embraces solutions instead of problems and always sees the glass as half full.
