Your customers are using the internet to save time in finding a suitable property.

Ten unrelated people in one house means up to ten vehicles, up to ten visitors, parties, fights, foot traffic, etc.#2: Severe wear-and-tear on the property.#3: Your lack of experience.This all looks good on paper but you don't have the experience of handling one tenant, let alone 10 tenants crammed into a small space with shared bathrooms, shared kitchens, shared parking, etc.

Maybe right now the pandemic might be impacting visitors, hard to say.

@Allen Tracy - Curious where your research lead you on this post given it's been over a year; did your team decide on a market that seemed more suitable than others? 

Visitor logs, temp logs (no blanks - all spaces need to be filled in) etc -- be studying CMS guidelines and whatever your state puts out and go with the strictest one.
