I wouldn't recommend doing that.If the subfloor is too soft then the click lock joints on the lvp may not properly engage when you install it.

I used gray in my rentals, just grab 5 colors you like paint all 5 with a brush and go with the one that looks best.

He told me he had the paint and a brush, but there wasn't time to do it as it was the last day.

We usually do about 80% of the cost of the lot + construction costs + soft costs up to a maximum of 70% of the as-completed value (I hope that made sense).

Brushed nickel, brushed chrome, oil-rubbed bronze, polished nickel, or flat black will all do well.

now granted unless your born into a pretty wealthy family situation most of us starting out were broke I know I was.. pumping gas  bagging groceries and selling fuller brush door to door. :)

It was my primary residence, in a soft (or almost non-existent) market, that I didn't want to lose money on.

We can tiptoe around & they can't hear it, but anything louder than soft walking they can.

I would suggest brush some smaller areas to see how it looks.
