Point is ask for any prior estimates (even if not fixed), as well.now on this one, I wouldn't touch a 100 year old building, unless I'm buying it at [lot - demo] price and the lot was good :)

Here in Pinellas, you are supposed to be licensed to paint, install flooring, cabinets, drywall, basically anything besides demo and clean up.
